The storyboards were sketches of the different images and scenes that would be used in the video. They proved to be extremely helpful in developing a common vision within the team. In addition, they served as a valuable tool for deciding locations and to drive the script for the video.

2. Agent is on the phone to inform Marina about the planned workout in the afternoon. Agents asks about sore knee. Agent informs that it has made adjustments to the workout because her knee is feeling better.

3. Agent informs Marina that Jenny will be working out at a different time. Asks if Marina would like to adjust schedule to workout with Jenny. Marina declines the offer.

4. Marina arrives at the gym and puts on her biometric wristband. She puts in her earbuds from her workout unit (iPod) and the agent comes on.

5. Agent comes on and starts by giving directions on what to do for the workout.

6. Agent tries pushing Marina slightly by encouraging her to get her heart rate up for the last few minutes.

7. Agent informs about next exercise and asks if she would like to see how to do it.

8. Marina watches the video and sees how to do the exercise.

9. Agent instructs to Marina to keep her back straight. Agent encourages that there are only two more repetitions to go.

10. Marina is back at the office and can see her progress on her computer.

11. Agent calls and informs Marina that he is putting together a pick-up game of ultimate frisbee.
