The TightLink Solution Platform in its core is a web-based collaborative exception handling system. It can be morphed into multiple applications by changing business objects, workflow rules, alarms and other relationships. Examples of applications include customer relationship management (CRM), bug tracking system, credit card dispute handling, and a bank compliance and investigation system with the USA PATRIOT Act.

Involvement
- Created User Interface and design the application.
- Produced presentation layer code for the user interface as well as all imaging.
- Wrote design documents, task flows and product features.
- Created countless wireframes and prototypes for testing various tasks and features.
- Performed usability testing

ApartmentOps is the Apartment vertical for the OpsXchange network of procurement sites.

Challenge
Create an easy to use application that reflects the way users in this area are accustomed to shop. End users were very novice which made challenge significant.

OpsXchange develops an e-procurement platform and supplier network for the purchase of goods and services for the real-estate industry.

Challenge
Create an application where suppliers could easily track their invoices, shipments and monitor available RFQs (Request for Quote).
