This was a little project that I did while in the HCI masters program at Carnegie Mellon. The assignment was to make a story. Open it up and play along, there are two different endings. There is a cameo by Jacob Neilson in there too. (Whoopie!)

This demo provides instruction on how to use built-in reporting functionality within TightLink, a web-based CRM application. The report pages are a series of interactions that I spent a significant amount of time prototyping and testing. Although unknown to the user, at its core they are writing a SQL expression which will ultimately be used to generate their report.
